Final Decision & Order Released by Zoning Board

In November 2021, the Howard County Zoning Board rejected Kimco’s petition to redevelop the Hickory Ridge Village Center. The written Decision and Order is the final document that reflects the denial by the Zoning Board, officially distributed by the Howard County Zoning Board eight months later. Village Center Redevelopment Resources
