Kimco Proposal for Village Center Redevelopment Denied

The Howard County Zoning Board denied Kimco’s proposal to redevelop the Village Center. A report will now be issued by the Zoning Board. At this time, Kimco has not submitted any new plans for the Village Center. To reach out to Kimco, you will find contact information here.
