The Zoning Board will continue on Wednesday, July 22 at 6pm via WebEx. Please note that the Petitioner’s case is completed and at this point in the process the opposition will be presenting their case. Only those persons that have signed up before the Petitioner completed his case will be permitted to testify. If you plan to participate via WebEx on July 22 you will need to sign up in advance again even if you participated in the June 3, June 10, or June 24 hearing. The hearing continued on Wednesday, June 3 at 6pm via WebEx. The Zoning Board sent a letter to everyone who signed up at previous hearings on the case telling them how to sign up to participate in the WebEx event. As a preliminary matter at the June 3rd hearing, the Zoning Board considered a Motion for Continuance filed by Alan Schwartz, counsel for the Opposition and the Opposition to Motion for Continuance filed by Sang Oh, counsel for the Petitioner. The Zoning Board denied the request and continued with the hearing.
